Welcome TO THE NEW VANFEST WEBSITE!

It has been a long time coming but we have finally got round to updating the Vanfest Website. We hope you like what you see & will continue to develop the site over the next year or so to bring you a whole lot more new features and a lot of other Vanfest Material not seen before.

What started as a small event in 1994 at the Three Counties Showground , Malvern UK has grown to become the worlds largest event for owners and enthusiasts of Volkswagen Transporter Vans with over 8000 vehicles & around 25000 people attending over the weekend.. Held over 3 days in September the event provides absolutely everything and anything you could possibly want to do with transporters plus a whole lot more.

This years event 10th - 12th SEPTEMBER

The showground is well signposted & located to the South East of Malvern Worcestershire. (M5 Junction 7 or 8 (GPS Postcode WR13 6NW). The site has excellent facilities, toilets, showers large halls, restaurants & a wide range of mobile caterers including a shop selling basic provisions. All of this comes complete with fabulous views of the Malvern hills. Camping is by advance booking only. Day visitors pay on the gate on the day.

Show and Shine

The main change this year is that we are making VANFEST a FULL THREE DAY EVENT. We will be open for BOTH TRADE & DAY VISITORS (as well as CAMPING) from 10.00 on the Friday.

This means an end to the unpopular ring fencing of the Trade area which had to be in place previously ( to prevent General Public access) when the build up of the Trade area was going on during the Friday. BUT, what it does mean is that Traders will have to be in place, set up and ready to trade from 10.00 on the Friday. To do this we/you will be building up the Trade Areas from the Thursday (or earlier by arrangement with our Trade stand Manager).

There will also be a new trade area in the BROWN Car Park for traders unable to set up in the Main Trade area before the Friday Deadline. Check out TRADE page for more info.

A great amount of you enjoy the evening entertainment we provide every year. One of the inevitable things we have had to introduce this year is a system to control the numbers attending our evening entertainments. For 2010 we will have to control (and know) the numbers we have attending the evening entertainments. This we can only do easily by issuing tickets or wristbands for the evening entertainments.

This will be done as part of the advance booking procedure. You will be able to book entertainment. (until all the allocated tickets are gone). There will be an additional Charge for Main Evening Entertainment Tickets. Check out ENTERTAINMENT page for more info

We have a fabulous selection of displays and entertainment in our programme for this year which I am sure will make your stay with us a very happy one.

Latest Ticket News

The GENERAL & FAMILY CAMPING areas at the Showground Site this yearâ€˜s VANFEST are now FULL & our postal & on line booking systems for on/around site CAMPING are now CLOSED. We now only have our OFF SITE areas (LANGDALE & WELLAND CAMPS) open for bookings. Tickets for these areas are only available on line via on line/seetickets system. This will only be for a short while as they too are filling up very quickly. When they are full bookings will be closed on the Seetickets site.

Please also remember to book your entertainment tickets if you want to attend our Charity Fund raising Evenings in the Marquee @ this years event.

You will still be able to do this after the camping closure date (providing you already have Camping tickets or are coming as Day Visitors).
